Through years of technical refinement, driven by trusted elite player feedback, Grays Hockey have taken one of the most iconic stick shapes, the Dynabow, and elevated it to new heights.
The new DB+ Collection essentially enhances the key attributes gained by using the Dynabow, combined with strategic additions to offer our players a unique edge in their all-round gameplay – think more control, touch, power and reverse stick hitting.

Steijn was one of the first elite athletes to acknowledge the potential of the DB+ range. Upon getting his hands on the DB10+, the Netherlands and Rotterdam HC midfielder immediately began working with our product design team to ensure we could maximise every aspect of each revolutionary change.

“Since 1855, we at GRAYS have prided ourselves on developing shapes, fused with the latest materials and technologies, to enhance player performance and drive standards within the game ever higher. This legacy of innovation is keenly felt by the current design and engineering team, being, as we are, custodians of the brands on-field performance for the current generation of players. As such, much of our time is spent researching ways to incrementally deliver updates to our range, be it a material composition that optimises power, a refined tooling process that delivers greater accuracy and consistency, or a redesigned, contoured edge that will aid control. The idea behind these updates is to continually evolve the range to meet the market’s needs, but once in a while, these developments lead to a revolution in stick design; this is where the all-new ‘Dynabow Plus’ comes in.
Informed by exhaustive player testing and manufactured to the highest standards, the design of the DB+ fuses the classic Dynabow face profile with an enhanced spine, cupped playing head and optimised Lower Backhand Zone, complete with a material matrix that optimises power, feel and durability. The result delivers upon the iconic performance characteristics of its namesake - responsive touch, quick hand speed and enhanced control - whilst injecting next level power, dynamism and consistency, making this an exceptional all-round stick.
